Warranty Terms and Validity Period
1. The cost of sending the device to the company for after-sales service is the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Services such as replacement of consumable parts like batteries, filters, humidifier cups, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
3. Zeolite powder is guaranteed for one year.
4. The warranty for the device is valid for 24 months or 10,000 hours of operation (whichever comes first) from the date of issuance.
5. Opening the device or tampering with the serial number and label by the user or unauthorized centers will void the warranty.
6. The invoice must include the company’s stamp, and the device must have the label of Ehya Gostar Teb Farayand. Otherwise, the warranty for the device is invalid.
7. Issues such as water damage, power fluctuations, breakage, burning, and improper use of the device (as determined by the company’s technical expert) are not covered by warranty services.
Important Points for Using the Oxygen Concentrator
1. The maximum length of the oxygen nasal cannula is 5 meters.
2. Use a power protector approved by the company.
3. Avoid placing the device on carpet.
4. Please use the device in dust-free environments.
5. When moving the device, make sure to empty the humidifier cup.
6. Warranty services are provided during the company’s business hours (excluding holidays).
7. Please do not place the device near heating appliances such as heaters, radiators, etc.
8. The oxygen concentrator should be at least 30 centimeters away from walls, beds, and mattresses.
9. The device requires a filter (internal) replacement every nine months or every 3,000 hours of operation (whichever comes first).
10. Always use distilled water in the humidifier cup. The water level should be within the specified range between (max-min).
11. If additional devices are needed for specific patients, coordinate with the company’s after-sales service department.
12. The device should be used and transported vertically; avoid placing it horizontally on the ground or in the trunk of a car.
13. It is strictly recommended not to use any flammable items such as matches, lighters, cigarettes, etc., around the device and its nasal cannula and mask outlet.
14. If you notice any alarms or hear unusual sounds from the device, immediately turn it off and send it to the company for troubleshooting.
15. Ensure proper airflow and ventilation around the device and keep the oxygen pathway in the nasal cannula unobstructed; prevent it from being placed under beds, blankets, pillows, etc.
